What it does

Baseball diamonds grow with arms: Majors play 60 ft bases with 46 ft pitching while Junior tournament ball stretches to 90 with 60.5. Lining the wrong level warps every throw.

The tool above takes division with field count in feet or meters. It returns bases, pitching, and diamond count.

The default Majors diamond reads 60 ft bases with 46 ft pitching. The metric mirror reads 18.3 m with 14 m, and Junior ball reads 90 with 60.5.

League field specifications set the youth ladder from tee-ball 50 ft through Majors 60 to Junior 90. High school comparisons hold the same tournament boxes.

Count diamonds for complexes, then paint per level: mounds, rubbers, and fences all follow the division, not the grass available.

How to use

  1. Pick feet or meters.
  2. Pick the division.
  3. Type the field count.
  4. Read bases first.
  5. Read pitching beside it.
  6. Read diamonds last.

Formula

Majors 60 ft bases, 46 ft pitching. Junior 90 ft, 60.5 ft pitching. Fields counted.
