Smoothie Calorie Calculator
Smoothie batch calories and protein per glass from ingredients.
What it does
Smoothies hide calories behind fruit. Milk, yogurt, and powders stack fast, turning a light snack into a full meal.
The tool above adds ingredient calories. A two serving batch with fruit, milk, yogurt, and a scoop totals 590 kcal at 295 each with 27.5 g of protein.
Ingredient rates set the total. Fruit near 60 a cup, milk near 100, yogurt near 150, and powder near 120 per scoop.
Servings split it fairly. Two even glasses beat one giant plus a taste, with protein tracking alongside.
Juice and honey shift the math. Both add sweet calories outside the plan, so measure them as fruit when used.
